The Core Community Center 

Founded by Darayl and Tosha Taylor in 2016, www.coreskagitvalley.com
in Burlington, WA as a Community Development Corporation 501(c)3. CORE was developed to fulfill healthy living for young people’s needs in the Skagit County community and surrounding areas. Over the past two years, CORE to serve in five target areas which includes youth/schools, families, seniors, healthy living and our military service members. CORE has built programs for youth K through College, families, basketball programs, mental health promotion, breast cancer education and awareness.
